One-Pot Fall Recipes for Quick Clean-Up!

It's fall. We're here for the hayrides, the pumpkin and apple picking, the changing leaves, crisp weather, and (for us) earlier bedtimes.

As the weather gets cooler, we are spending more time indoors - but that doesn't mean we want to spend more time CLEANING indoors. We've rounded up some of our very favorite one-pot wonders to keep our homes cozy, our bellies full, and our sinks empty. Bon appetit!

1. One Pot 30 Minute Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta Bake.

One pot. One helluva meal. Click above to get the recipe for Half Baked Harvest's incredibly rich and flavorful recipe for a 30-minute Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta Bake.

2. Creamy One-Skillet Chicken Florentine

Joanna Gaines always has the key to our hearts, and our stomachs - and this recipe is no exception. This meal is perfectly paired with your coziest socks, a glass of wine, and (yet another) viewing of Hocus Pocus.

3.Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

OK, *technically* not made in a pot.... but how could we not include this absolutely drool-worthy and super simple recipe that somehow improves upon the perfection that is a grilled cheese sandwich. Bravo.

4.Slow-Cooker White Chicken Chili

If we're talking one pot... you just know there's going to be a slow cooker included in this list. We made sure it would be a good one. Warm up your bones with this deliciously simple slow cooker meal.

5. Butternut Squash Baked Risotto

We had to round out this list with a recipe from the domestic goddess herself - Martha Stewart. This ingenious recipe eliminates the most frustrating part of risotto making: the near-constant stirring. Enjoy!
